As an executive search firm, it is our job to understand our industry and the companies we represent. As we develop relationships with our client companies, we work to develop an understanding of the company's corporate culture. In addition to understanding the desired skill sets and level of experience, understanding a company's corporate culture is paramount in finding the right candidate for any given position.

We accept only those assignments which we feel confident in successfully completing and we understand that confidentiality is of the utmost importance for both our clients and candidates. We provide full protection for the client companies that we represent. Likewise, we do not send out resumes without a candidate's consent.
